Programs & Services
Each program area is grounded in evidence-based practice, lived expertise, and a faith-informed approach to healing and growth.
A structured, facilitator-led anger management program targeting men in military, corporate, and correctional environments. Built on a raw, culturally inclusive framework that goes beyond surface-level coping strategies to address root triggers.
Comprehensive reentry support for men returning to society after incarceration. Drawing on Osbourne Hurst's 9 years as a Federal BOP Senior Chaplain, this program understands the invisible barriers returning citizens face, and builds bridges across them.
Institutional and organizational chaplaincy delivered by a credentialed, experienced military and correctional chaplain. Osbourne Hurst brings 20+ combined years of chaplaincy service to organizations, institutions, and communities that need spiritual care infrastructure.
Faith-informed behavioral health support integrating pastoral counseling, evidence-based approaches, and trauma-responsive care for men in underserved communities. Services are delivered through a person-centered model that honors the spiritual, cultural, and experiential reality of each man served.
